Day 1: Arrival – Negombo

• Airport pickup by our Ceylon DNS Tours representative.

• Transfer to Negombo – a coastal town known for its beaches and colonial heritage.

• Optional: Relax at the beach / Lagoon boat ride.

• Overnight Stay: Hotel in Negombo.

Day 2: Pinnawala & Dambulla

• Breakfast at hotel.

• Visit Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage – see baby elephants being fed and bathed.

• Proceed to Dambulla.

• Visit the Dambulla Cave Temple – UNESCO World Heritage site with ancient Buddha statues.

• Overnight Stay: Hotel in Dambulla.

Day 3: Sigiriya & Polonnaruwa

• Early morning hike to the Sigiriya Rock Fortress – enjoy panoramic views and frescoes.

• Afterward, visit Polonnaruwa – the ancient kingdom with ruins, temples, and statues.

• Return to Dambulla or Habarana.

• Overnight Stay: Hotel in Dambulla or Habarana.

Day 4: Kandy

• Breakfast and travel to Kandy.

• On the way, visit a spice garden and Batik workshop.

• In Kandy: Visit the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic, enjoy a city tour and optional cultural dance show.

Day 5: Nuwara Eliya

• Scenic drive through tea plantations and waterfalls.

Day 6: Train Ride to Ella

Day 7: Udawalawe Safari

• Depart to Udawalawe.

• Enjoy an afternoon Jeep Safari in Udawalawe National Park – famous for wild elephants, birds, and other wildlife.

Day 8: Colombo City Tour & Airport Drop

• After breakfast, travel to Colombo.

• Brief Colombo City Tour: Galle Face Green, Independence Square, Gangaramaya Temple, and shopping (time permitting).

• Transfer to Bandaranaike International Airport for departure.
